Another Needless Death!

In a report by VeniceGondolier.com, we read about a lady who bought her daughter a dog for Christmas, only to have it die of Parvo on Christmas Eve.

You can read the full story here.

Sadly, we hear about too many cases such as Maria’s.

And yet, it is all so unnecessary.

We appreciate that when buying or adopting a puppy, you really don’t know whether it is healthy or not. With Canine Parvovirus, for example, the virus incubates for anywhere from three days to two weeks, which means you will not be able to see any symptoms.

But once symptoms do appear, your new puppy could have as little as six hours to live, if he’s infected with the new 2c strain of .

However, if pet stores (and animal shelters and rescues) gave and to their dogs, or sold these products with each puppy, then we wouldn’t have to read so many of these heartbreaking stories.

These two products are typically used to treat dogs that already have Parvo, and the success rate in such cases is about 90%.

But most people don’t realise that you can also use and to prevent Parvo. By “prevent”, we mean those situations where a dog has been exposed to the virus but is not yet showing symptoms. When used for prevention purposes, the success rate is close to 100%!

So, if you’re thinking of buying or adopting a puppy, please be prepared and get at least one of our Bronze Value Packs first, so that you can administer preventative doses the minute you get your new puppy home. These products won’t do your dog any harm at all, and if he does happen to be infected with Parvo already, then you stand an excellent chance of saving him and having a long and happy life together.
