Parvo Virus Alert For Pooches

We just saw yet another news report of Parvo outbreaks and vets recommending vaccinations (of course) in the Mackay Daily Mercury.

Now, if you’ve been following us at all, then you’ll already know our views on vaccinations: don’t – ever!

However, whether you agree with us or not about the dangers of vaccinating your dogs, please, please, please, do NOT assume that Parvo shots guarantee your dog won’t get this horrendous virus.

We’ve seen far too many of our customers with dogs that are up-to-date with all of their shots (i.e. both the initial series and whatever booster shots were deemed necessary) still getting Parvo (and dying from it if not treated promptly and correctly) – and this does apply to both puppies and adults dogs as old as five or six.

Vets should be aware that Parvo is NOT 100% preventable, and by leading dog owners to believe that their pets are safe once they’ve been injected with these toxic cocktails of chemicals, they are lulling them into a false sense of security.

This situation is made even worse because many people don’t even know what the symptoms of Parvo are, and so watch their dog suffer for several days without taking any action.

If you need to know more about the deadly Canine Parvovirus, then please download our free book, Parvo Treatment 101, as the information it contains could just save your beloved doggie’s life. This is, after all, why we put it together.

We also recommend having a Parvo Treatment Kit on hand at all times, just in case the worst happens and your dog is stricken by Parvo – as with most illnesses, the sooner you can start treatment the better, and if there’s one thing you don’t have with Parvo, it’s time.
