Parvo Virus On The Rise

A vet in Wisconsin reports that Parvo cases are on the increase:

What she doesn’t mention is that the most likely culprit is not the vaccinations being given incorrectly (which is a sad indictment on her fellow vets), but the 2c strain of Parvo which has been prevalent throughout the US for over two years now.

We’ve been banging the drum now about not vaccinating your dog for a long time now, and one of the reasons for this is that the current vaccines are just not up to the job of protecting dogs from this 2c strain, which is a much more aggressive one than the older 2a and 2b strains.

But it’s worse that this - the vaccinations that are meant to protect your dog from this killer virus are, in many cases, actually giving your dog full-blown Parvo!

Even if these shots worked and did their job, there’s a sting in the tail: the cocktail of chemicals in these vaccinations will weaken your dog’s immune system over time, leading to an increased risk of contracting all sorts of illnesses, and they can also cause chronic inflammation, which in turn is now proven to be a leading cause of cancer.

(And it’s not just the chemicals in vaccines - chemical-based dewormers, most commercial dog food and household cleaning products are just as bad.)

So, we strongly recommend having a Gold Value Pack on hand, just in case you find yourself in the middle of a Parvo crisis. If you buy one now, then you’ll save on shipping - if your dog’s currently healthy, then you can use USPS Priority Mail, but once he’s sick, we will only use FedEx Priority Overnight, as the one thing you don’t have with Parvo, especially the 2c strain, is time.

Order your Parvaid Parvo Home Treatment Kit today, and take comfort from knowing you’ll be giving your dog the best possible chance of surviving Parvo, all backed up by the Parvo Buster team’s comprehensive home remedies and unique 24 x 7 support and personal phone coaching.

My brother and sister-in-law recently got a puppy from an animal shelter. It was sick when they got it. It had not had any shots yet but tested positive for parvo, ended up in an animal hospital for about a week and almost died. It’s better now and eating well. I think it’s about 9 weeks old. I don’t know if the parvo was the new strain or not.

I like natural treatments for dogs (and humans) and my dogs are not vaccinated, although I’m afraid to tell most people that.

as a dog lover i have had several dogs who have been taken by parvo. not only does it stay dormant in the ground for a long while but it will show up out of the blue. i have lived in several different places ut had to deal with a case of parvo at nearly every one…. just bad luck i guess. i am also a former police k-9 handler but in addission to the home readey on this site i also now that if you catch it early enough you can give your pup pepto bis. and this will coat the stomach so the pup does not loose and the fluid through dehidration. it will help until you can get what you need to treat your pup.
