How To Order
In order to ensure that your purchase from ParvoBuster goes as smoothly as possible, here is a step-by-step guide to how our ordering process works, what you should expect to see, and when.
Step 1 - Add Products To Your Cart
To order any of our products, you should click the appropriate big red Add To Cart button.
(Please note that you will also see smaller, yellow buttons, labelled Buy on some of our pages. These work differently, and to see why, please visit our Payment Information page.)
As soon as you click an Add To Cart button, you will see our Shopping Cart page.
Step 2 - Shopping Cart Options
Whenever you add a product to your shopping cart, you will see a page that looks something like the one shown below.
If you want to change the Quantity of any items in your cart, you should:

Enter the new Quantity in the box provided. |

Click the Recalculate button, which will re-display the page to reflect the new Quantity and updated prices. Note, however, that if you change the Quantity of all the items in your shopping cart to zero, all you will see is a Continue Shopping button that will return you to our main ParvoBuster site. |
If you wish to purchase additional items, you will need to:

If you are ready to pay, you will need to select a Shipping Method first (unless the only items in your shopping cart are downloable eBooks, which do not incur any shipping charges):

Step 3 - Entering Your Ship To Information
Before you can select your shipping method, you will need to tell us where you would like your order to be sent.

Select the destination Country from the drop-down list. To do this, click on the downwards pointing arrow to the right of the white box, use the scroll bar to move up and down the list, and then click on the required country name when you see it. |

For many countries, some form of Zip Code or Postal Code is required. If this is the case for the Country you have selected, you will need to enter this postal code in the box provided. (And if a postal code is not required, the box will not be shown.) |

Click the Calculate Shipping button. |
Step 4 - Selecting Your Shipping Method
You will then be presented with a list of available shipping methods, which will be based on the Ship To Information you provided on the previous page.

If you wish to change any of the Ship To Information, you should click the blue link labelled "Change". |

Otherwise, you should click the small circle to the left of the shipping method you would like us to use when we fulfil your order. Note that the shipping methods will be listed in ascending order of cost, but as we stress many times throughout this site, if your dog is already sick with Parvo, you should select a FedEx Overnight service as this virus is very aggressive and works incredibly quickly. |

Click the Continue button. |
Step 5 - Preparing For Check Out
Having selected your preferred shipping method, you will be returned to the order summary page, which will be updated to reflect the shipping cost.

If you have any Special Instructions that you would like us to take note of (e.g. where to leave your package if you are out when it is delivered), please enter them in the box provided. |

If we have given you a Gift Voucher or Discount Coupon to use, you should enter it in the Voucher box ... |

... and then click the Recalculate button, which will update your order summary to reflect the discount allocated to that Gift Voucher or Discount Coupon. |

When you are sure that you have ordered all of the products you need, selected a shipping method, added any special instructions, and applied any Gift Voucher or Discount Coupon, then you should click the Go To Payments button, which will take you to the first stage of the Check Out process. |
Step 6 - Entering Billing & Shipping Details
The first stage of checking out is to enter your billing and shipping details.

You must provide us with your billing details. Information that we require is shown in a bold typeface. Also, please double-check the email address that you enter, because if this is not correct, we won't be able to send you your order confirmation or, later, your invoice and tracking number. Another important point about email addresses: if you use a work email address, please be aware that many companies operate an aggressive anti-spam policy, so our emails may not reach you. It is therefore better, where you can, to provide a personal email address. |

If, and only if, you would like your order to be sent somewhere other than the address you entered in the Billing Details, above, then you should enter the Shipping Details in this section. |

If you would like our shopping cart to remember your billing and shipping details for the next time you shop with us, then please click in the box to the left of where it says "Remember my name and address for my future purchases". |

When you are sure that all of the information you have entered is correct, please click the Continue button. |

Step 7 - Selecting A Payment Method
Now it's time to select how you'd like to pay for your order.

First, you should review the order summary at the top of the screen to make sure, one last time, that everything is correct. If you need to change anything, you should use your browser's Back button to go back to the Order Summary page, where you can make changes and/or return to our main site to add more products to your shopping cart. |

Next, you should double-check that the Billing Details and Shipping Details are correct. Again, if you need to change this information, you should use your browser's Back button to return to the previous page, where you will be able to make whatever changes you require. |
|
Thirdly, you should select which payment method you would like to use. We currently offer payment by credit card and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), PayPal, and moneybookers.com. The first option, Credit Card, will already be selected by default, so you only need to click one of the circles to the left of these payment options if you wish to pay by Paypal or moneybookers.com |

When you are sure that all of the information is correct and you have selected your preferred payment method, please click the Continue button. |

Step 8 - Completing Your Payment
What happens next will depend on which payment method you selected.
If you selected PayPal, then you may like to take a look at our How To Pay Using PayPal page that will tell you all you need to know.
It is important that, at the end of the payment process, you click any button or link that is labelled "Return To Merchant" or "Continue", so that the payment is completed successfully and you are returned to our main site.
Step 9 - Order Confirmation
That's it, almost!
You will be returned to our "Thank You" page, and there is nothing more that you need to do, unless you wish to sign up for our Doggie Newsletter. This will keep you up to date with any new products we add to our site, special offers, doggie health news, or anything else that we feel may be important for you and your doggies.
We promise that we will not inundate you with emails, nor will we sell or rent your email address to anybody else - we hate spam as much as the next person, and we simply won't do it ourselves.
If you wish to sign up, then you need to follow these three simple steps:

Step 10 - What You Should Expect To Happen Next
Once your order is complete, you should expect:
- An automated email from our shopping cart system with a receipt for your order, which should arrive almost immediately.
- Another email, from us, within a few hours at most of your order being placed, confirming your order with information about when you can expect your products to be delivered. This email will also contain dosage instructions and emergency measures you can take, should your dog show Parvo symptoms, before your products arrive.
- A third email, also from us, within a few hours of the previous one, containing your tracking number.
- Your products to arrive, which will be anywhere from the next day to over a week, depending on where the order is being shipped to and the shipping method you selected during the check out process.
- A follow-up email, from us, some time after your order has arrived, to make sure that everything is OK and to ask for your feedback so that we can improve the service we offer and help to save even more dogs' lives.
Remember, you won't receive any of these emails if the email address you enter during the check out process is incorrect.

If any of your dogs are already sick with Parvo, or are showing any of the typical symptoms (e.g. yellow vomit, foul-smelling diarrhea), then you need to use a FedEx Overnight service to guarantee your doggie the best possible chance of surviving this dreadful virus. Please do not select USPS Express Mail expecting it to be an overnight service, because in our experience, it rarely has been.
We really do not want to see any more of our customers' dogs dying because they tried to save money by selecting a slower shipping service!

Top-Selling Products
Our Silver Value Packs are now the standard treatment protocol if your dog has Parvo or has been recently exposed to Parvo. This group of products will fight the Parvovirus on many fronts:

The Canine Parvovirus has greatly evolved since the 1970s when it first appeared. It has become very resourceful. It can survive extreme temperatures (below freezing, to boiling), it can last in your yard for up to 20 years, and typical antibiotics from the vet have no effect on it. So, this is no ordinary virus - this is a super virus that is hardy and hard to stop. This is why we have not sold single bottles of Parvaid since June 2007.
We have to sell products that will give your dog a real chance to beat Parvo and single bottles of Parvaid WILL NOT accomplish this, no matter what some will tell you. Fact is, this newer strain of Parvo is infecting and killing both puppies and adult dogs in as little as six (6) hours after the first symptoms appear, even if they were fully vaccinated.

We’ve also had to discontinue selling our Bronze Value Packs (Parvaid™ and Vibactra Plus) as the manufacturer has revamped the protocols to include Life Cell for all treatment conditions. We had pushed for these changes and are glad that this is now the standard treatment for Parvo and exposure to Parvo. - Completely fill out the Product Selector with the details for ALL dogs on your property. This is crucial.
- Order your products using FedEx Overnight, as Parvo will not wait for USPS Priority Mail packages (2 - 6 days). If you place your order after 3:00pm MST (GMT - 7) on Thursday and before 3:00pm MST (GMT - 7) on Fridays, then select FedEx Overnight with Saturday Delivery. This is only $12.50 extra (i.e. in addition to their normal FedEx Priority Overnight service) and even a single day could make the difference between life and death for your dog.
- Start your dog on the Parvo Emergency Tea straight away. This is an excellent stopgap measure until your package arrives. Your dog will be hydrated, receive some nutrients, and this tea will help to settle your dog’s stomach. The ingredients are readily available at your local supermarket or Wal-Mart.
- Also after you place your order, you will receive some additional emergency measures via email. These are additional recipes that you can make for your dog and will give him even more nutrients and keep his blood sugar levels up (when these are low, your dog may appear to have wobbly legs and be very lethargic).

This is because the Parvo virus is evolving and becoming ever more aggressive. Most vaccines are no longer strong enough to fight off this virus, with the result that increasing numbers of fully-vaccinated dogs (both puppies and adults) are being infected by and dying from Parvo.
