Payment Information

When shopping at ParvoBuster.com, you'll notice two different ways to buy products:

1. Add To Cart buttons.
2. Buy buttons.

Add To Cart Buttons

Whenever you click one of the Add To Cart buttons on our site, you will be taken to our shopping cart page.

On that page, you can choose from the following options:

1. Recalculate, which you should click if you change the Quantity of any items, or after you select your required Shipping method (via the Add Shipping button). Clicking this button will re-display the shopping cart to reflect any changes you have made. Note that changing a product's Quantity to zero will remove the item from your shopping cart.
2. Continue Shopping, which will return you to our main site so you can add additional products to your shopping cart.
3. Go To Payments, which you should click once you have put all of the products you need in your shopping cart and selected your desired Shipping method.

Payment Methods Accepted

We currently accept two methods of payment for our products, although we are always looking for more options for you to use:

Credit Cards / Debit Cards

We've now made it even easier and simpler to complete your payments during check-out because now you can use Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards, as well as Amex and Discover cards.

The first payment screen will ask you for all of your contact details (i.e. billing address and shipping address).

Once you fill out this quick, short form, the next screen is where you will enter your credit card number. This screen is on a secured server and will encrypt your information. At this time, we do not keep your credit card details on file, so each time you will have to enter your details on the secured page.

Please note that transactions will appear on your statement as "Friends Of The Planet, Inc."

PayPal

PayPal is our most popular payment method with our customers. PayPal has over 100 million customers in over 100 countries, and it has become so popular for a number of reasons:

• It's free, for buyers
• There is 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account
• It's safe, because sellers, such as ourselves, never get to see your financial information.

You can still buy using the PayPal option in our shopping cart even if you don't have a a PayPal account yet. However, if you don't have one, we do recommend that you sign up for one, as it is more convenient in the longer term.

Remember, in order to complete your transaction, you must click the Return To Merchant button on the final PayPal screen.

Whenever you click one of the Buy buttons on one of our pages, you will be taken to another website, which will open in a new browser window.

This is because these products are merely ones that we recommend as they are consistent with the philosophy and aims of this website.

The products themselves are sold by our business partners, so when you get to their website, you will be able to find more information about these products, as well as any product-specific options, shipping information and the price, and to buy these products using our partners' own websites / shopping carts.

If any of your dogs are already sick with Parvo, or are showing any of the typical symptoms (e.g. yellow vomit, foul-smelling diarrhea), then you need to use a FedEx Overnight service to guarantee your doggie the best possible chance of surviving this dreadful virus. Please do not select USPS Express Mail expecting it to be an overnight service, because in our experience, it rarely has been. We really do not want to see any more of our customers' dogs dying because they tried to save money by selecting a slower shipping service!

Action Plan

1. Completely fill out the Product Selector with the details for ALL dogs on your property. This is crucial.
2. Order your products using FedEx Overnight, as Parvo will not wait for USPS Priority Mail packages (2 - 6 days). If you place your order after 3:00pm MST (GMT - 7) on Thursday and before 3:00pm MST (GMT - 7) on Fridays, then select FedEx Overnight with Saturday Delivery. This is only $12.50 extra (i.e. in addition to their normal FedEx Priority Overnight service) and even a single day could make the difference between life and death for your dog.
3. Start your dog on the Parvo Emergency Tea straight away. This is an excellent stopgap measure until your package arrives. Your dog will be hydrated, receive some nutrients, and this tea will help to settle your dog’s stomach. The ingredients are readily available at your local supermarket or Wal-Mart.
4. Also after you place your order, you will receive some additional emergency measures via email. These are additional recipes that you can make for your dog and will give him even more nutrients and keep his blood sugar levels up (when these are low, your dog may appear to have wobbly legs and be very lethargic).
5. As soon as the package arrives start administering the products immediately. In your email, you’ll find the complete dosage instructions for all of your dogs.
