Do I have to fill out the form for all of my dogs? |
YES! Include ALL dogs that are showing symptoms and all of the ones that are not. Parvo is now thought to be airborne so no matter how careful you are, there's a good chance that all of the dogs are infected. |

My dog is currently not sick. Can I get the products to have on-hand? |
YES, absolutely! This is a perfect idea. You'll have the products for Parvo outbreaks, but you can use these products for a ton of other issues (non-Parvo applications) such as vomiting, upset stomach, gas, nausea, diarrhea, parasites, weak immune systems, etc. The products have a 4+ year shelf life. |

Do I need to know the exact weight of each of my dogs? |
Enter the weight as close as you can. Use your bathroom scales in a pinch (weigh yourself, now weigh you and the dog, then subtract your weight from this and that will be the dog's weight, and if you can't pick up your dog, try to get him to sit on the scale, etc.) |

How do I know how much products to buy? |

What is the difference between a Gold Value Pack and a Silver Value Pack? |
The Silver Value Pack contains Parvaid, Vibactra Plus, and Life Cell Support, whereas the Gold Value Pack has those three products and one additional one, Doggie Pain Relief (which is a fever and pain reducer). |

Do you have same-day deliveries? |
It could be possible if you live in certain areas and you are willing to pay for Priority Overnight shipping Plus an additional $250 or more. This has to be arranged and you must call for this service. |

Do you deliver on Saturday and if so, how? |
YES! We can deliver on Saturdays to most US cities. This is what you have to do:

Do you deliver on Sunday? |
NO. The only possible way to do this is same-day delivery (see above). |

Do you ship outside of the USA? |
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worlwide. As with our domestic shipping, we only use FedEx if your dog is already sick; otherwise, you can also select USPS. Note, however, that while we will do everything in our power to get your products to you as fast as we can, once your package arrives in Customs in your country, it is out of our control completely. They can confiscate the package, charge you an "import licence", or simply have it sent back, and there is nothing we can do about this. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or specific needs. |

What can I do until I get my products? |
Glad, you asked! These stopgap measures should keep your dog going for a couple of days or so.

OK, am I really saving much if I get these products instead of going to the Vet? |
Well, you could spend $200 USD or less for multiple dogs or spend $2,000 or more per dog at the vet's office. Our safe, organic products have NO Side-Effects, and are about 90% or more effective, whereas the vet will give you may be 50:50 chances and will use drugs/chemicals. Please NOTE: the vet will only offer you supportive care (fluids and perhaps antibiotics), as they do not have products that will aggressively go after the Parvovirus and repair the damage that it has caused; whereas if you purchase a Silver or Gold Value Pack, then you will have products designed to work together to kill off the virus, repair the damage, treat infections, treat vomiting / diarrhea / loss of appetite, and stimulate the dog’s severely compromised immune system, thereby speeding up the healing process. |

Please note that:
- we have grouped the information into weight bands, to minimise the amount of information you would need to enter if you have a lot of dogs
- if any of your dogs are close to the boundary between the weights shown above (e.g. you have a dog that weighs around 20 - 21 lbs.), then please enter its details in the next higher weight band (i.e. 21 - 100 lbs., in this example), as entering too low a weight may result in your not having enough products otherwise
- by "pups", we mean that dogs that are less than 14 weeks old; we know this may not be the accepted definition of puppies, but for the purpose of determining how much of our products you would need, this is the best value to use
- by "sick", we mean that a dog has either been tested for Canine Parvovirus and the results were positive, or a dog is showing any of the typical Parvo symptoms, such as yellow, frothy vomit or bloody diarrhea
- when entering the number of days that dogs have been sick, it may be that you have dogs (in the same weight band) that have been sick for a different number of days (e.g. one may have been sick for one day, while others may have been sick for two days), so please select the highest number, to be on the safe side; also, please round up to the next nearest day (e.g. if your dog started showing symptoms today, then you should select 1 day from the list)
- we only ask for the number of pregnant dogs so that we can estimate for the number of puppies that will need preventative treatment once they are born; the pregnant dogs themselves should already be included in the number of healthy adult dogs and/or the number of sick adult dogs
- if any information is not relevant in your case, then you can leave the boxes empty / blank

Our Silver Value Packs are now the standard treatment protocol if your dog has Parvo or has been recently exposed to Parvo. This group of products will fight the Parvovirus on many fronts:

The Canine Parvovirus has greatly evolved since the 1970s when it first appeared. It has become very resourceful. It can survive extreme temperatures (below freezing, to boiling), it can last in your yard for up to 20 years, and typical antibiotics from the vet have no effect on it. So, this is no ordinary virus - this is a super virus that is hardy and hard to stop. This is why we have not sold single bottles of Parvaid since June 2007.

- Start your dog on the Parvo Emergency Tea straight away. This is an excellent stopgap measure until your package arrives. Your dog will be hydrated, receive some nutrients, and this tea will help to settle your dog’s stomach. The ingredients are readily available at your local supermarket or Wal-Mart.

Note: We no longer sell single bottles of Parvaid. This is because the Parvo virus is evolving and becoming ever more aggressive. Most vaccines are no longer strong enough to fight off this virus, with the result that increasing numbers of fully-vaccinated dogs (both puppies and adults) are being infected by and dying from Parvo. It is true that Parvaid, by itself, used to be enough to treat dogs that have Parvo, but this is no longer the case - you will need to administer Vibactra Plus and Life Cell Immune Support too in order for your dog to have the best chance of recovery.
