Here are some of the most common questions we get asked about our Product Selector and how to fill out the form below:

Do I have to fill out the form for all of my dogs?	YES! Include ALL dogs that are showing symptoms and all of the ones that are not. Parvo is now thought to be airborne so no matter how careful you are, there's a good chance that all of the dogs are infected.
My dog is currently not sick. Can I get the products to have on-hand?	YES, absolutely! This is a perfect idea. You'll have the products for Parvo outbreaks, but you can use these products for a ton of other issues (non-Parvo applications) such as vomiting, upset stomach, gas, nausea, diarrhea, parasites, weak immune systems, etc. The products have a 4+ year shelf life.
Do I need to know the exact weight of each of my dogs?	Enter the weight as close as you can. Use your bathroom scales in a pinch (weigh yourself, now weigh you and the dog, then subtract your weight from this and that will be the dog's weight, and if you can't pick up your dog, try to get him to sit on the scale, etc.)
How do I know how much products to buy?	Once you enter the details of ALL of your dogs, our Product Selector will do all the complex calculations for you and then go fetch the best package or combination of products to get you lowest available price.
Do you have same-day deliveries?	It could be possible if you live in certain areas and you are willing to pay for Priority Overnight shipping Plus an additional $250 or more. This has to be arranged and you must call for this service.
Do you deliver on Saturday and if so, how?	YES! We can deliver on Saturdays to most US cities. This is what you have to do: Order by 3:00pm MST (Phoenix, AZ) on Friday. Select Fedex Priority Overnight Sat Delivery. This is the ONLY way to get your package on a Saturday! If FedEx do not deliver to your house on Saturdays, we can usually arrange for them to ship your package to your nearest FedEx depot so that you can collect it in person, as this is still much better than waiting until Monday (or Tuesday).
Do you deliver on Sunday?	NO. The only possible way to do this is same-day delivery (see above).
Do you ship outside of the USA?	Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worlwide. As with our domestic shipping, we only use FedEx if your dog is already sick; otherwise, you can also select USPS. Note, however, that while we will do everything in our power to get your products to you as fast as we can, once your package arrives in Customs in your country, it is out of our control completely. They can confiscate the package, charge you an "import licence", or simply have it sent back, and there is nothing we can do about this. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or specific needs.
What can I do until I get my products?	Glad, you asked! These stopgap measures should keep your dog going for a couple of days or so. Give your dog the Parvo Emergency Tea. Use the Emergency Action Plan (attached files in your order confirmation email). Pick up the ingredients at your local supermarket or Wal-Mart.
OK, am I really saving much if I get these products instead of going to the Vet?	Well, you could spend $275.00 USD or less for one or more dogs, or spend from $500 to $12,000 or more per dog at the vet's office. Our safe, organic products have NO Side-Effects, and are about 90% or more effective, whereas the vet will give you may be 50:50 chances and will use drugs/chemicals. I want to buy a Parvo Home Treatment Pack, but I saw a bottle of Parvaid sold for under $40 on another site. What is the difference between your Parvo Home Treatment Packs and just the single bottle of Parvaid?	Since early 2007, the 2c strain of the Canine Parvovirus has shocked the world by killing tens of thousands of fully-vaccinated dogs; both puppies and adults were devastated by this extremely virulent strain of the virus. If any of your dogs are already sick with Parvo, or are showing any of the typical symptoms (e.g. yellow vomit, foul-smelling diarrhea), then you need to use a FedEx Overnight service to guarantee your doggie the best possible chance of surviving this dreadful virus. Please do not select USPS Express Mail expecting it to be an overnight service, because in our experience, it rarely has been. We really do not want to see any more of our customers' dogs dying because they tried to save money by selecting a slower shipping service!

Action Plan

1. Completely fill out the Product Selector with the details for ALL dogs on your property. This is crucial.
2. Order your products using FedEx Overnight, as Parvo will not wait for USPS Priority Mail packages (2 - 6 days). If you place your order after 3:00pm MST (GMT - 7) on Thursday and before 3:00pm MST (GMT - 7) on Fridays, then select FedEx Overnight with Saturday Delivery. This is only $12.50 extra (i.e. in addition to their normal FedEx Priority Overnight service) and even a single day could make the difference between life and death for your dog.
3. Start your dog on the Parvo Emergency Tea straight away. This is an excellent stopgap measure until your package arrives. Your dog will be hydrated, receive some nutrients, and this tea will help to settle your dog’s stomach. The ingredients are readily available at your local supermarket or Wal-Mart.
4. Also after you place your order, you will receive some additional emergency measures via email. These are additional recipes that you can make for your dog and will give him even more nutrients and keep his blood sugar levels up (when these are low, your dog may appear to have wobbly legs and be very lethargic).
