ALL PRODUCTS manufactured by Amber Technology CANNOT be returned and there are NO REFUNDS. This applies to all sizes of containers, e.g. 2 drams, 1 oz, 4 oz, 16 oz, etc.

This particular manufacturer must run a "clean shop". That means that they have to send packages to all sorts of households, including those with sick animals as well as those with healthy animals looking to buy products for prevention purposes.
Most life-threatening issues from germs, bacteria, viruses, parasites are NOT visible to the naked eye. There is no way for a lay person to say with any certainty that there are no contagious agents, germs, bugs, bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc. on their property at any point in time.
For example, in the case of the Canine Parvovirus, this extremely deadly and contagious virus can be transmitted via birds, insects, cats, dogs, farm animals, wild-life, car tires, and by you on your hands, feet, clothing, and so forth.
You cannot see this virus (as it is microscopic *) and most likely you would not know if it is on your property unless you had a sick animal show symptoms, and even if all of your animals are currently healthy (the incubation period is 3 - 15 days), you may still have it and not know that it is there as it can live in the ground for up to 20 years, survive frost, snow, desert heat, boiling temps, etc.

Without a multi-million dollar lab at your disposal with very sophisticated testing equipment, appropriate chemical re-agents, a trained researcher with an advanced science degree and through knowledge of current testing protocols as well as certifications to handle infectious/hazardous materials, lay persons are not qualified to speak of what may or may not be present in their yard.
For the safety of all animals, Amber Tech will NOT take back package returns. If you refuse a package or return it anyway, then that package will be destroyed and you will NOT receive a refund, and they may charge you an additional fee to destroy the package as they have to treat it as hazardous waste.
If you purchase ANY of Amber Tech's products, then it is yours.

WARNING: If you buy any Amber Tech products from resellers that allow returns, there is an excellent chance that you will be getting products that have been previously returned and more than likely they would have come from a property with sick animals that died from things like Parvo. This is very risky for your animals and any and all people that handle this package from the infected property. They are unwittingly spreading deadly virus particles everywhere that package goes.
Why take these kinds of chances? Why pay full price for questionable or tainted products? Get fresh new products from trusted sources - we ship directly from the manufacturer where there are NO product returns, NO used products, and NO recycled products. Give your pets even more of a fighting chance to get back on their feet.
If you purchase products from other manufacturers on this site, then you will have to go to each manufacturer/supplier's site and read what their return policies are. We have no control over these policies as we are not the one manufacturing the products unless otherwise stated.
