Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. We can only refund the cost of the products themselves.
Also, if you refuse to accept a FedEx delivery, there will be an additional $10 charge which will be deducted from the cost of the products when we issue the refund. This charge is levied by FedEx and we have no control over this. (It will almost always be cheaper to return the products using USPS Priority Mail.)
This Returns Policy is to cover situations where either the goods arrived damaged, or you no longer require them.
This can occur, sadly, if you order a Silver Value Pack, say, and your doggie dies before you receive your package.
We have, unfortunately, had this happen to several of our customers, who ordered their Parvaid via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail when their dog was already suffering from Parvo.
We don't want this to happen to anybody else, which is why we strongly recommend that under these circumstances, you only order your goods to be sent via a FedEx Overnight service - Parvo is a very aggressive virus that works very quickly, and the life of your dog is much more important than the additional cost of overnight shipping.
One last thought, though, before you decide to return your package, should your dog have died before your order arrives: don't forget that Parvaid, Vibactra Plus and Life Cell Immune Support can be used as preventative measures (i.e. if your dog has been exposed to Parvo but is not yet showing any symptoms, administering these products can often stop your dog from developing full-blown Parvo). When used in this manner, these products have close to a 100% success rate.
So, if you have other dogs, you should keep the products you ordered so that you can adminster preventative doses to them, or if you are likely to get another dog, then we highly recommend that you keep the products you ordered so that you will have them on hand for future emergencies. And as all of our products have a four-year shelf life, you won't need to worry about them going bad on you.

Please do not select USPS Express Mail expecting it to be an overnight service, because in our experience, it rarely has been.
