- Saturday Shipping! To get your packages shipped on Saturday; please submit your order by 10:30am MST (GMT - 7) and we will send all FedEx Express packages out the same day. This includes FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx International Priority and our newest option, FedEx Express Saver (3-Day). USPS Priority Mail packages will ship the following business day (typically the following Monday, or if that's a Federal Holiday, then it ships Tuesday).
- FedEx Express Saver (3-Day). Why offer this option? If you cannot get deliveries from the USPS service, this is a low-cost alternative if your pets are not sick and you need to restock your supplies. HINT: If you place a non-time critical order on a Saturday, then use this option to have your package shipped out on Saturday instead of the next business day. You'll see the price is not that much different compared to USPS and you'll get your package about in the same time or less.
- Package Deliveries: Monday - Saturday (in the US).
- International deliveries are typically Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is possible in certain countries; please contact us (early as this takes a lot of time to research and set up) for special order arrangements if you need a Saturday delivery.

- This is absolutely essential for us. We try to do whatever it takes to get our customers, and only our customers, through their crisis.
- When you leave us a voicemail message (please make sure to leave your name along with your area code + phone number and a secondary number is much appreciated; also, it would help if you can let us know what times of day we can call you back), we get back to you the same day and in many cases within the hour.

If any of your dogs are already sick with Parvo, or are showing any of the typical symptoms (e.g. yellow vomit, foul-smelling diarrhea), then you need to use a FedEx Overnight service to guarantee your doggie the best possible chance of surviving this dreadful virus. Please do not select USPS Express Mail expecting it to be an overnight service, because in our experience, it rarely has been.
We really do not want to see any more of our customers' dogs dying because they tried to save money by selecting a slower shipping service!

Our Silver Value Packs are now the standard treatment protocol if your dog has Parvo or has been recently exposed to Parvo. This group of products will fight the Parvovirus on many fronts:
- Parvaid™ will repair the damage that the virus is causing (make no mistake, this will be extensive damage as this virus is extremely aggressive, especially the newer 2c [aka F-Strain] version), stop the vomiting, diarrhea, and stimulate the dog’s appetite.

The Canine Parvovirus has greatly evolved since the 1970s when it first appeared. It has become very resourceful. It can survive extreme temperatures (below freezing, to boiling), it can last in your yard for up to 20 years, and typical antibiotics from the vet have no effect on it.
